Overview

Newscanvass operates two product lines: an LMS for corporate upskilling and a fintech dashboard for personal finance tracking. Over nearly three years I owned design across both verticals — driving a full LMS redesign, building a fintech component library, and establishing the company's first formal design system.

• Led end-to-end redesign of the LMS learner experience, reducing course drop-off by 18%.
• Designed fintech transaction dashboards prioritising data clarity and regulatory compliance cues.
• Built and documented a cross-product component library in Figma adopted by 4 engineers.
• Ran quarterly usability tests and synthesised findings into actionable design iterations.
