Overview

Tryouts is an IT solutions marketplace connecting SMEs with vetted technology vendors for cloud, security, and software projects. The platform needed a UX overhaul to reduce bounce rates and improve vendor discovery. I led research, information architecture, and UI design across the entire marketplace experience.

Key Contributions

• Conducted competitive analysis of 8 IT marketplace platforms to benchmark UX patterns.
• Redesigned the vendor discovery and filtering experience, reducing time-to-shortlist by 35%.
• Created a new information architecture for 5 service category pages based on card sorting results.
• Designed responsive screens for 20+ pages covering browse, compare, and checkout flows.
• Produced a clickable Figma prototype used in investor presentations.
